Flowering: Meadow saffron can be put on a window-ledge without water and ground. The start flowering end August or early Septembre. Wenn the finish flowering you put them ousite in the ground. 15 cm earth above the bulb end 15 cm space between the bulbs. Next year in june you can get them out of the earth again and lay them again on a window ledge withou water and earth. Or you let them stay in the earth outside, then the will flower in august, Septembre outside!! Very nice flower like a crocus flower!!! Very nice. Be aware they are toxic for annimals.
